TRE Builders acted as an Owner's Representative from preconstruction and land development phases, through General Contractor selection and buildout. We successfully solicited and managed the design team (Architecture, Interior Design and remaining design consultants) on this $1B project. The resort opened 2 months ahead of the originally targeted date and within the allotted budget. In addition, Tre Builders performed over $120 million of scope within the project as a General Contractor.

VCR Convention Center Remodel - Tre was tasked with the complete remodel of the existing Venetian Convention Center which is five floors and encompassing more than 850,000 square feet of pace to be completed over 3 month periods of over 3 years, Tre's first phase was the 200,000 square feet of the 2nd level of the Convention Center which was competed in a mere 64 calendar days. This consisted of new flooring, new wall covering on both the general areas as well as all of the Dividing Air Walls within the ballrooms located on Level 2, along with updated to all lighting and Fire Safety systems. Tre along with its trade partners worked 2 shifts throughout the duration of the this tight schedule had completed the first 2 phases of this remodel on time and within budget.

Tre Builders is proud to lead the 10-acre expansion of AREA15, Las Vegas' premier immersive entertainment district. Our scope includes the construction of 450,000 square feet of customizable retail, dining, and entertainment spaces, featuring marquee attractions like Universal Destinations & Experiences’ Horror Unleashed and iFLY Indoor Skydiving.
This project showcases our expertise in delivering large-scale commercial developments, Featuring a multi-story complex of concrete tilt-up and steel frame construction buildings, a 200-foot vertical drop ride, futuristic outdoor gaming areas, and a repurposed Boeing 747 event space.
