Sewer Offsite Extension
This project involves the installation of 3,800 LF of new 21" sewer pipelines along South Rancho, extending from Sahara Ave to the designated project site. The scope includes the construction of new sewer lines, the abandonment of existing sewer infrastructure, and the removal and replacement of asphalt roadways impacted by the construction.

Water Offsite Extension
This project involves the installation of 4,054 LF of new 16" water pipelines along Meade Ave., extending from Valley View Blvd to the designated project site. The scope includes the installation of new water mains to enhance the water distribution, along with the removal and replacement of asphalt impacted by the construction.Tre Builders is proud to lead the 10-acre expansion of AREA15, Las Vegas' premier immersive entertainment district.
