Bazaar Mar at Crystals is Chef Jose Andres' seafood compliment to his popular Bazaar Meat brand.  This project remodeled an existing Wolfgang Puck restaurant to create a dining room and separate dessert bar that are open and exposed to the surrounding mall atrium.
